About Me

My name is Bianca Nidumukkala, a Certified Transformational Coach with an Advanced Certificate in Parent Coaching. I'm a professional member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Professional Bio: I hold a BA Honours in Human Resource Management and I have had an interest in personal development, human psychology and behaviour from a very young age.  I have a professional background in Human Resources and have held various corporate roles in the financial services industry throughout my career. After having my second child, I began searching for my purpose, which led me to discover coaching. I am committed to ongoing professional development to continually enhance my expertise and coaching abilities.

With my experience in Human Resources, I bring a unique perspective to transformational coaching. My background in HR has equipped me with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, leadership challenges, and the complexities of personal and professional transitions. Whether you are navigating career changes, dealing with job loss, struggling with work life balance, burn-out, my HR expertise allows me to tailor coaching strategies that align with your professional journey and find clarity and direction.

Personal Bio: I moved to Ireland from Romania with my family at the age of 11. Being one of the few foreign kids in an Irish school at the time came with its challenges. Due to my own childhood experiences (though that's a story for another time), I had to develop independence, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills. From an early age, I developed the ability to help others navigate their challenges and guide them to find solutions where they see none. In that sense, I can say I've been life coaching for most of my life.

I became a parent in 2018 and like many others I have faced numerous ups and downs, compounded by the everyday challenges of modern parenthood. In this new chapter of life, I've realised that parenting isn't always blissful. However, it has taught me to appreciate the great moments and embrace both the challenges and joys. I've come to accept that becoming a mother will change me forever, and I'm learning to define my own standards for motherhood, rather than conforming to society's expectations.

Post-COVID, I navigated some struggles with someone very close to me, an emotionally turbulent period which taught me that no matter how much we try to change someone, we only have the power to change ourselves and then everything changes. I'm deeply passionate about coaching and have personally experienced its transformative benefits. I’m eager to share this impact with others.
